First off my class is (pretty common): Feline, Ironsight, silencer, extended mags, Energy transfer, Stealth/Mobility enhance.

I was having alot of trouble getting Double kills and so i removed the silencer and now im rocking it raw. I heard on a frankieonpc1080 video that the silencer adds 2 more bullets required to make a kill, which means without the silencer im gaining only 4 extra bullets plus im on radar every time I shoot.
Does anyone think that the feline is better off with the silencer, is it much easier to get double kills without it equipped. These are my questions.

I don't put silencers either, but I see that people often put silencers on weapons...
