What is the best way to animate water spewing out of a http://imageshack.us/f/824/unledjh.png/ I need it to be continuous, like the waterfalls found in Old Mournhold.

Why don't you take a look at the Mournhold water spouts?

I have, but I don't know exactly what parts of them I should copy in NifSkope, not do I know that that would work best.

I don't recall seeing any, and now I can't seem to find the spout I was looking at last night.
