Bartholm bugged? HELP

Whenever i go to the worldspace added by bartholm, every mountain are multicolor, and water also (not the water surface, but the ground under the water).

I can't post a screenshot... i don't have printscreen on my keyboard... macbook pro keyboard. First time i have a visual glitch like that on oblivion.

Run BOSS, run BSA redirection in either BASH or OBMM. Make sure the bartholm.bsa is installed properly etc.

BSA Redirection is one of the utilities in Bash and is also a utility in OBMM

In OBMM it can be found by clicking the utility tab

In Wrye Bash it can be found under the installers tab, right click and select BSA Redirection.

Ok i Control + Z the archive invalidation... Only BSA redirection this time.

I can load my game.

When i got close to those rainbow mountain, they stop from being rainbow, and turn normal... but if i get away a little to much... like 3 house away (im not sure wich unit i should use, so 3 normal imperial shack away) it turn back rainbow again

Check the Landscape LOD textures for those worldspaces. They can be found under textures/landscapelod/generated in Oblivion's folder structure, and if the worldspace is completely new, you should be able to find them in the Bartholm BSA. There might be something wrong with them.

ok i extracted them... what should i do?
this is in .dds, i can't open that, tried, but i get a NifViewer error... NifViewer has stoped working......
maybe because im in windows 7 64 bit.

But, its not because of these file, NifViewer never, NEVER worked before, so its not because it dont work now we can say the file are corrupted.

Either use BSA redirection or Archive Invalidation Invalidated - not both.

they both do the same thing.

i only use bsa redirection now...
by control + z, i mean undo, so no more archive invalidation... only bsa redirection

I just read every comment on the download page, this didn't help. I redownloaded the whole mod, replaced the .bsa, it still don't work. I even ran TES4LODGEN... no effect (except if it don't work in new worldspace).

Sorry, no help from me i'm afraid, other than to say that I had the same problem. Funky coloured LODS on Bartholm. I never got it sorted,and eventually gave up on the mod (after another couple of other non visual glitches). I'm not suggesting it's a bad mod, it's just that I didn't have the time or technical ability to troubleshoot and mend the problems I encountered. I was using Tes4lodgen and archive invalidation (via OBMM).

Tthe version I was using was the latest on Tesnexus as of about 4 months ago. version 7.0 maybe?

and why should i use paint.net? Im not sure its a good idea i paint myself the mountain if there is a problem with texture... just making a stickman is dfficult for me... D- in my art class last year.

Because Paint.NET supports DDS format out of the box.

And you just want to look at the texture to see if those rainbow-colors are present in the texture file itself.
