B ) Needs to update their video card drivers to the very latest offered by the manufacturer. "

Because A. I have played this game on this computer just fine, and my card is up to date. I reinstalled, got the snowflake error, I followed the instructions for that, then I got this. Any advice? I have the Morrowind Overhaul mod installed just like before. So its not that, it might be related to that though.

The message "Render Creation Failed" will usually occur if the Desktop is not set to 32-bit True Color.
