4th Floor Parking Access

So I'm camping my Server, West Coast Gaming (with Dual Intel Xeon 5160, Woodcrest 3.0ghz and higher cpu priority) to get it going; and this guy is hitting me with shots, single shots. His map location is near me but I can't see him. He shows up in my scope Visor Enhance in stealth. But then I catch him sniping at me from the 4th floor in Parking Map.

How'd he get up there? lolol

LOL Maybe it is just a bug, or he found a way to get up there...

I just had a quick run around an empty server, there's a bin by the side of the railings where you jump up to the floor you're on, that can sort of reach it but there's an invisible barrier/clipping from stopping you going in.

No doubt this guy hasn't got up there by accident as he's taken a sniper rifle with him and found a good spot. Either there is a place where there's no clip or he's using cheats.

Either way he's still exploiting the game so I would consider waving that ban stick.
