Hey all, leaderboards really grinds my gears ever since it stopped updating my rank. For a month and a half or so, it still keeps my old nickname with rank 7 with a total of 87 kills only while now i'm already ranked 42 from first nanosuit reboot. How and why?? So i've already discussed my problem with an EA representative on live chat 2 weeks ago or something and he said it should be fixed withtin 2-3 days, the date patch 1.9 got released. But still, it didn't do shiz, what's up with that!? My current account name is .4GEN7 while the old one still on the list is AGEN7.

I got the same problem bro. i posted this as well. im stuck on the same ranking and i pretty much did the same things you did. ive made two accounts and both ones im stuck on different levels. I sent gamesas support two messages and still haven't gotten a response. EPIC FAIL!!
