will npcs randomly start punching their lights out or does the player has to initiate them?

I like this idea. However I would like for it to be rare or happne more frequently in areas where I am disliked. It would be a pain to have to fight a larger percent of the time. Unless I start the fight..... If doen right this will be pretty fun.

Should be cool. I really hope it's a rare event. If it's something that happens in every other tavern I walk into, it's going to get old fast.

I also hope it doesn't seem scripted.
