Could you focus on auto-kick cheater instead of vote kick ?

With respect, I found many time that vote system failed.

Because in the end no body know who caught in the vote is the real cheater or not ?
More than that the vote may be made by mistake (misunderstand) or in the worst case that vote made from the real cheater !

And as you knew, till today the real cheaters still have fun on this game especially who using the aim bot cheat and gun mod cheat (few shots or one hit kill).

This vote system seem no effect to them.
