Not a good option, unless they've really improved the AI. Companions tend to annoy me. Either that or it will be, "Here, dear, carry my stuff and wait here until after I get done with this dragon."

I dont know. I will probably do it at least once just to see what its about. I wonder if any NPC is romanceable? If so I will probably go with a nice young Breton girl. So cute with their shortness!

If I play as a breton female mage/thief character (my favourite type of character) as I plan to on my first play-through, I'll probably marry a redguard male. I always liked the redguard men in oblivion. Armand Christophe comes to mind as a favourite, closely followed by Azzan in the fighter's guild in Anvil.
