Dead Bodies are moving : Fallout: New Vegas

hi everyone started playing FNV today and alot of "dead" bodies i.e. Trash, Burned bodies started to walk around and I could speak to them I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem

Oh well that's just great, the Legions using zombies against us again. Sigh, well load up the shotguns boys it going to be another long night, Ace I see your already one step ahead up there like a good soldier should be.
