Okay, I'm really really going to eat baby smurfs and kittens this time.....

Unless this really is for New Vegas, then I'll just eat the smurfs.

No way. Bethesda is a publisher. Activision is a publisher. Publisher's don't mix marketing. If that site is only associated with other sites for Activision games, then it definitely isn't for Fallout. It just means Activision aped the ad style of Fallout 3.

Looks like this is COD folks. Next week isn't for us. Two months at E3 is for us.

EDIT: seth0497 - Activision didn't do this to you buddy. You did this to yourself. :cookie:

ok ok i guess your right ill calm down thanks for the cookie but theres one more thing i need to say

activision how could u do this NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Okay so CoD7 is supposed to be set in the "Vietnam era" around the 60's or so which is why JFK would be in the video. Obviously this is the Cold War period, so the nuke stuff would be flying around, and zombies are supposed to be in the game again.... soooo, I wonder if we'll get a CoD that rips of the Fallout series.....

Damn it, where's the baby smurfs.....

i really hope this is Call of Duty just so Kotick feels slightly disappointed that everybody thought it was Fallout because Fallout is infinitely more interesting than CALL OF DUTY: COLD WARFARE: WORLD AT BERNIE'S and eventually he'll just give up and get together with Ubisoft's CEO and they'll get drunk and drive off a cliff together or something.

an ARG for New Vegas would be kind of weird considering it's already been announced and demo'd for magazines and everything so really i doubt Bethesda's behind this, but who knows?

About the Caesar quote, isn't there a casino in Las Vegas called Caesar's Palace?

Yeah and there's Caesar's Legion, one of the main enemy factions in NV.

Something bugging me is, websites like this normally pop up before any content for the game is show. Then a trailer is released, etc. If it is Bethesda/Obsidian, they seem to be marketing New Vegas backwards lol.

And anyway, I have a feeling that website was set up for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singularity_%28video_game%29

Hope I'm wrong.

It looks like CoD or Singularity, but why post it from Maryland?

SIX NOV - Release date maybe?

Sounds like NV from the background sounds resembling slot machine noise

from what i hears it sounded more like s-i-x-n-o-v-a-s

anyone know anything that six novas could be a clue for?

Well, 'Nova' is generally used in the context of 'super nova'. It could be related to the Atomic bombs, as the explosion could seem like a 'nova'. 'Nova Six' could be a measurement, i.e. like the Richter Scale, or meaning that there are six novas.

A breif google search of 'define:nova' gets these interesting definitions:

- A star that ejects some of its material in the form of a cloud and become more luminous in the process
- Northern Virginia (colloquially referred to as "NOVA") consists
- A nova (pl. '''') is a cataclysmic nuclear explosion caused by the accretion of hydrogen onto the surface of a white dwarf star. Novae are not to be confused with Type Ia supernovae, or another form of stellar explosion first announced by Caltech in May 2007, Luminous Red Novae.

This last one looks interesting, it has 'Hydrogen', which was one of the original words on the document (Hydrogen bomb?) and mentions a nuclear explosion...

Make of this waht you will.

what if this is some sort of internet treasure trail like weve got a reference to hydrogen from mikeh so we could try and figure it out by trying to find references or something like that instead of wondering what game it is

Cryptography

Isotope

Philanthropy

Hydrogen

Ember

Rebirth

That spells CIPHER, just out of interest, now lets look at each individual word.

Cryptography - Putting information into code form to hide it.
Isotope - Same element, but atom has different number of number of neutrons, different isotopes go into different types of nuclear bomb.
Philanthropy - Promotion of human welfare, someone who loves mankind, can't see a link to any other ideas.
Hydrogen - Relates to the Nova idea, and also a type of bomb.
Ember - Pretty obvious, a small flame caused by the bombing, but also a Memorial Ember in Hoshino Village.
Rebirth - Phoenix, associated with ember, could also be about Fallout, how a new world is born from the old one.

Just my ideas...

Woah, i'm really confused.. I really don't understand.. Theres like 2 stuff i think its fallout: TV Mystery idea "http://www.prepareforthefuture.com" and Maryland: Bethesda
but there's all these other people throwing in CoD Facts.. I think CoD's alright but I don't want CoD, I want New Vegas!

and there's that "Single" game or what ever its called.. haven't even heard of it so that can die for all I care. (Unless its awesome then maybe not so much)

Wait the game is called Singularity that game.. with all those facts on the site: http://www.movieviral.com/2010/04/05/gknova6-viral-site-for-unknown-game/

The blinking light on the TV puts out the letters

R A I S

[Pointed out by DANE [He's In the Comment Section of "THIS DAMN SITE" [The One Above]]
I'm Just quoting Him]

These are the given taglines for the 4 key gameplay features of the game, Revert, Age, Impulse and Stasis.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singularity_%28video_game%29

[That could be a thing, or the Blinking is just Blinking!?
Haha Eating smurfs.. but i really just want information on New Vegas.]

Then Dane Says:

See the gameplay section and the bolded headings.

The game is about the cold war and Einsteinium, the manipulation of the material and molecular world.

So i'm kinda convinced that its not Fallout.. but Why from Maryland..? anyone have some more ideas how its related to Singularity, Fallout: NV (YEAH :woot:) or CoD?

If I didn't make any sense Or you didn't understand something, then go eat a smurf!

Why would they create an ARG for Singularity? They have already announced the game, they have a trailer out for it and a release date for it(June 29). You make ARG's for games that HAVE NOT been announced. My guess is COD: 7, since it hasnt been officially announced and there is no info on it.

Is Rockville, MD really apart of http://www.politicsonline.com/blog/images/2006/maryland.jpg??

Whatever this is seems cool, but it doesn't relate to our games.
