Southern Skies

Run on the new skyrim engine this Fallout would be more beautiful than the newest elder scroll. Set in Louisina the map will be the largest of it's type in Fallout history. The map will go as far west as Beaumount Texas, North as I-10 highway, South as the Gulf and East as New Orleans. The game wouldn't have any large major factions like the NCR or Legion. Instead smaller factions like the size of the Kings or towns like Goodsprings will be the players. Everyne has different interest and isn't fighting for one thing like the Dam in the Mojave. The factions are as listed. The I-10 highway is the major growth point for civilization because it makes trade so easy, while the Mississippi rivier is helping create agriculutral surpluses.

The Texas Rangers: The rangers furtherest east deployment is in Port Aruther south of Beaumount but they still care deeply about Louisana. Not out of any sense of epathy for the place, no most Rangers hate and barely tolerate the people of the state, no they do because of the offshore oil rigs (almost empty ones) that power their vechices. The Rangers almost never go into Louisana main land for anything other to scavenge oil drilling eqiupment. Since most of the oil wells were basically used up before the Great War the Rangers are going further and further into Louisana coast line looking for drops of oil.

Rangers reach extends far into Texas, all the way San Antonio. There discovery of fusion power from an abaonded Enclave base has powered Ranger terrority all along the I-10 for 50 years. This extended time with electricity has lead to large scale light manufactoring and some small scale med. sized. The state TV is the only channel people can receive but programming extends as far as Orange City. Port Aruther and Beaumount are good representations of what life under Ranger rule is like.

Orange City: Orange City is the last town before you go into Texas Ranger Terrority, as a result many criminals from Texas stay here. Many bandits, thugs and other low lifes populate the town. The main reason the towns folk don't kill them is because they never harm them but rather loot and steal in Texas. The main point of friction between Orange City and the Rangers is the harboring of these criminals. To retailate the Rangers will often times do raids in Orange City which sometimes end up killing civilans, which makes the citizens of Orange even madder and more join the gangs. The cycle then repeats.

The Kingdom of Charles: Centered around Lake Charles on the I-10, the Kingdom of Charles is a hereditary monarchy that has turned the four main tribes of the region into serfs under the control of their feudal master Charles. The four tribes are named after the town steads they lived in and hate the king and his family. The more interesting conflict are the ones within the Kings noble court, mainly made up of top army commanders and priest of the Church of Mormon. The kingdom's economy is driven by three major factors. Farm Surplus from the serfs that feed the nobility and King, mutated animal skins from the swamps and the Kings taxes on caravan's as they pass through on the I-10 which is the largest. This is causing many caravan companies to hate the Charles regime but there isn't any other way around to Texas.

The Enclave Traitors: Deep within the swamps lives a regendade group of Enclave who use their superior power armor and weapons to raid settlements between Lake Charles and Lafayette. They also attack caravans, and have gotten closer and closer to the outskirts of Lafayette. Someone could kill them or persuade them to go after a different target...

Lafayette: Layfayette doesn't yet know what it wants to be. Think of Megaton and that's basically where Laf is today. They have no major rivers and thus no farms. They have a problem iwth raiders but the milita does a good enough job for protection. The towns only major selling point is that because of it's relative freedom and safety it is home to many immigrants and many ideas.

Rouge Authority: The Enclave traitors are closer to the past mandate of the organization. The Enclave has changed ever since they lost contact with the West Coast and Navarro. The leaders have taken over the city of Baton Rogue and have formed a new government. They have enslaved the heavily ghoul population and have forced them to work along the Mississippi River. Furthermore all non-pure humans (which is basically 99 percent of the community) have been given second and third class citizenship with the rank depending on the job you hold or the amount of wealth. The Enclave controlls the river all the way up to I-20 highway and uses the different levels of citizenship to keep the population in line. At the same time they are at war for New Orleans with the mainly ghoul government to the south. As a result most trade has by-passed Baton Rouge and the third class citizens are straving.

Ghoul Resitance Movement: When the city of New Orleans was bombed a hurricane was moving into shore. This caused most of the bombs to go off target and the city itself was spared. But the radiotion was much stronger and almost every resident of America's second largest city turned into a ghoul. They're now fighting for their lives against the Enclave while trying despitely to recruit more remaining ghouls from across the south sending scouting parties east that never seem to return. Lucky trade is still good and from scavenging the city they can afford the best weapons and ammo from Texas.

Just a general outline for the conflicts and how it could work. I would find such a Fallout the best in the series. In any case tell me what you think and how it could be better.

1. The skyrim engine cant make maps that big it can only do Oblivion sized maps

2. The enclave only have a outpost left in Chicago we dont really need another OMG SECRET LARGE GROUP OF ENCLAVE

3. Theres already a thread about Fallout 4 possibility here

Yeah, I doubt they could make anything paralleling the size of the original games, let along Tactics.
