Has any one ever encountered the “Encumbrance Curse” in Oblivion?
Any ideas about it’s origins or cure?

Also, I have a character with the “Curse of the Consumed”.
I believe it was obtained while playing KOTN which I haven’t completed.
Will this curse be resolved while playing through the quest?

Yes, just keep going on the KOTN quest line, and the curse will be lifted.
