I made a custom bunker for my house mod, but whenever I test it in-game I fall through the checkered floor in the dining/cafeteria area. Is there a fix for this?

I have the GOTY edition and the cs is patched up to 1.5. This is my first attempt at modding for Fallout 3, so any help is appreciated.
