Stop running in the middle of the game. : Fallout 3

When i open the vault 101 then I fighting with 2 security mans then the game stop running. Someone can tell me what it the problem.

About My PC:
i using M17xr3
intel i7-2720qm
8Gm RAM
64-bit OS Windows 7 Home Premium
AMD Radeon HD 6970M

Does the game freeze? Crash out to the desktop? Did you try using the "quadcore" fix?
