Doubt it even though i like the enclave BUT

if there is some Enclave out there its most likely in Cuba on that part of land the U.S. claimed "you know what im talking about ";)
Wiping out any Cubain foolish enought to attempt a assult on them but this part of land is expanded by now and EVERY single Government agent or ex military that wasnt sent to the Oil rigg or DC was send here
The U.S. military was huge and alot of them must have survived BUT lore wise id say the Enclave is dead even though i hate to amit it if they are alive though they are resting in Cuba and thriving...just gathering up information that the other outpost are lost, Knowning that the Chosen One and The Lone Wonderer both have some link to Vaults might bring up some interesting story

No because a "New" Enclave wouldn't be the Enclave, they'd be some wannabe faction.
As for the Enclave returning yeah I would like to see that.
