I don't have any measurement or actual (and reliable) data. Would it be plausible that the female:male ratio in our community is about 1:10?

anyways, it is very hard to find female voice actors.

I'm not looking for top-notch, I'm fine as long as it is someone who can read out basic lines.

That said, any ladies would like to volunteer to read a couple lines via microphone?

Check out TESAlliance. Its Elder Scrolls oriented but I'm sure someone there will be willing to do some voice work.
