Would I mind? Hell yes. Like others have said, and like I've said in past topics, fully voiced player characters doesn't work well in games like TES, where the character is extremely individualized. It is the player's character, and having a full voice can throw people out of their experience, especially if the voice is grating/annoying/just not what the player imagines his or her character to sound like. Mass Effect (being a hugely quoted example here) works, because no matter what, you are playing Commander Shepard. In the Witcher it works, because you are playing Geralt. Those are predetermined characters, while in TES your character is your own.
Only if i get a super stereotypical Indian accent. His battle call will be "Customer Service, how may I destroy you!"
Not racist just a joke, I'm Indian myself.
