Anyone know any good video compression software?

Hi all, does anyone know of a good video compression software that I could get legally for free? Just recorded a 7 minute video and its 7 gigs! Ouch...anyway thanks in advance for the help.

I haven't used it but it's supposed to be very reliable.

Just fyi, Bink video (Rad Tools) is what Beth and many other companies use for their game videos. :)

I use the freeware version of Prism.

After 14 days (or so) it will insist you buy the full version. Just go to your control panel and try to uninstall it. An option should pop up to "downgrade" it. Do that.
