for when i get the 5th ann edition of the game.i know that if i do not take the mission to find his family/where he finds out that he is a vampire descendent.when he finds out that he is descended from vampire blood,he doesn't want to fight (but you have no option but to kill him in cold blood) then the dark brotherhood make a call.would like to do his mission again,but do not want to murder him (as i liked the guy).i suppose it's either don't do the arena championships,or don't do his mission to find his family history.

You have to kill him one way or another to be champ. If you don't do his mission then he just fights you.

King Coin stupid question i know that i put up.basically it's the morale issue with myself.it sounds strange but i am happy to face him in combat (where he is fighting back) as he is arena champion and has devoted his life to combat.it's just that if i take his mission,there is no way that he does want to fight.basically am trying to see if there is anyway that i can do his mission,but that he doesn't ask me to kill him (where you have no option but to kill him).sorry to have droned on/being stupid,but i hope you get where i'm coming from?

I see what you mean. If you have the game on the PC you can change his aggression with the console. If you are on the PS3 or Xbox then I'd say you are out of luck and should just fight him without doing his mission. That can make you feel like a jerk, but then he'd at least fight you.

I had issues with killing him while he just stands there, too. I remember trying to find a way of backing out of the final competition long ago, but the game wouldn't let me do this.
