Revived Follower problems

Playing on PC with Windows 7 live. Jericho got killed during the GNR battle by a few overlords. I used the resurrect console command to revive him. He still follows me around but when I talk to him he says stuff like "I don't have time for your [censored]" and "Get out of my face" etc. and the only dialoge option i have is "I have to go now". Is there a way to get it so it goes back to how it originally was with him being a normal follower with normal dialoge options? Like being able to carry equipment, set tatics, fire him, rehire him, etc. He's carrying a lot of stuff I want back. I tried hitting him a few times and yeilding but that didn't work. I killed him and revived him again and that didn't work. I tried resting in a bed, waiting, fast travel, loading the cell inand out of building, etc.

IIRC when you revive a companion using console commands you have to re-activate their companion 'quests' using a command also, as when they die all their companion functions are turned off, and they need re-activating. (or something to that effect).

Im afriad the only companion i know how to do this with is Dogmeat, but hopefully someone else will be able to shed some light on this.
