I took advantage of the Steam summer sale today, and purchased NV and both DLCs.

Click on Play, and I get that error message.

Searched here and there trying various things like turning off my anti-virus which did nothing, verifying integrity of local game cache, which found one problem file and after clicking on OK, also nothing.
