There's one in every game. There's always a race or class that simply seems... unappealing. Sometimes you actively hate this race/class, othertimes it simply gets left behind when compared to all the other cool races/classes.

Which race just doesn't do it for you?



For myself, I've always felt like there was a lot of potential lost with the Altmer and the Bretons.

The high elves' yellow skin just reminds me of the Simpsons/malaria; I really feel as though the way the skin-tone was done in Morrowind and Oblivion was just... not good =/ As for Bretons, these fellows are supposed to be essentiall a mixed race of elves and men (leaning physically towards human) but they look indistinguishable from the other human races in-game, any game.

My least favorite is probably Bosmer. Bretons and Dark Elves are probably my favorites.

I look forward to playing as a Nord or an Imperial in Skyrim. However, Nords also happen to be my least favorite. o.O

I really like Bosmers and how they're expert archers, but the way they look always made me want to punch them in the face :gun:

Khajiits. I kill them every time I come across one.
Bosmer is my favorite... And hopefully they will be better in Skyrim.

Argonians are my favorites, and my least favorite are...Altmer and dumbmers...ehrm i mean dunmer

I absolutely agree. Archery = amazing. Bosmer (Oblivion) = looks dinky winky.

Altmer-They are yellow, I don't want to be a character from the Simpsons.

Redguard-I'm not racist but I prefer to be white, because I'm white.

Orc-I just don't like them.

It seems that If you love dunmer then you hate argonians and if you love argonians then you hate dunmer. I myself play as a dunmer and will kill every argonian in the game as my own little side quest.. I also don't like Bosmer because they seem so ..idk..sissy and I also don't like redguards or Imperials just because they are super boring they don't really have any cool abilities. My top three favorite in order are Dunmer then khajiit and it was altmer but.. The orc looks to awesome.. I might have to play as one

Altmer, due to being cry babies, and wanting to destroy the world to accomplish their goal of going back to the Dawn so they can be gods again (it's BS if you ask me, they're just highly conceited). However, at least the altmer do not have the sheer number of fans who are completely fanatical to the point it's getting extremely tiring *cough* dunmer *cough*

EDIT: The two between me are an example, and it's not because I'm an argonian lover, I prefer nords and orcs.

Well depends on my charicter really. I like playing my serial killer dunmer who kills argonians when he can get away with it .So i guess argonians

Altmer due to being Generic fantasy Magic using Elves
Bosmer due to being Generic fantasy woodland archer happy elves (Also Adoring fan and to a lesser extent Fargoth)

Favourite Races are Argonians and Dunmer

:o I personally enjoy being an Imperial because Imperials resemble........................... myself out of most other races in TES. I guess it depends on what kind of RP-er you are!

I'm not too keen on Altmer, they're just too tall and snobby.

And yellow. :confused: Sorry, you can't be yellow and cool.

Altmer, Argonians, and Orcs. They all lack visual appeal to me, so I've never been remotely interested in playing one. Especially Altmer yellow. I hate yellow, it's my most disliked color.

My favorite is Dunmer. After that, it's Khajiit, but only if they're of the digitigrade variety. I hope the Skyrim Khajiit are of this type, and not humanoid flat-footed.
