Dragon Death Sites 0.0

Post » Wed Jul 13, 2011 12:47 am

in the walkthrough video of skyrim, after he killed the dragon near the tower, another popped up, when he walked up the tower to gain some ground, i saw the bones of the priviously killed dragon. what i was wonderin was, if you have played shadow of the colosses, youd know u can revisit the death sites of the colosses's, id think that'd be cool if u could visit the remains of slain dragons, perferably the important ones, itd be insane if u had bones every where u goXD

please feel free to comment or tell me anythin imformative ^_^

That would be intresting.
But I'd think they would only do that to the 'main' dragons in the storyline.

They wouldn't leave the countless dragons they have been talking about with a random AI,
The whole of Skyrim will be filled with bones.

I had another idea.
What if the dragon is hurt enough and crumbles into the floor,
On you.

Yeah before they were said to be infinitive I thought we would get there bones everywhere but I'm not so sure now they may just take longer to leave so you'll always be reminded of your last 5-10 dragons as you kill a new one the oldest disappears.

But didn't they also state that you would justs absorb the dragon's soul?
Perhaps it was just the shattered ground?

It would be nice if they left remains that would stay there until you did something about it. I like the idea of killing a minor dragon in a forest, moving on, and then coming across the remains a month later while looking for some dungeon in the same woods. A nice monument to a fun battle. However, I can see how the bones could start to pile up and leave you with dragon litter, which is just an absurd concept, like how after a while my reaction to hell portals opening up became 'seriously? Here? That's just going to clash with the forest greens forever!'. Perhaps you could harvest dragon skeletons, making them disappear and giving you some sort of crafting materials for dragonbone weapons and armor.

The remains of dragons, like the remains of Oblivion gates, will stay.

I just skimmed throughout the whole video.
It seems that you where right about it.
But the bones should disintegrate over time.
The ground should also be reparied/grown overtime.
Don't wanna look like Fallout.

Also, I advise you to watch in the gameplay trailer where the dragon picks up the soldier.
Tell me, did the dragon actually had thrown him over the mountain?
