You can't see that bug in pipboy, but if you have http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38538 installed, you will see that RADs value become more and more negative (below zero). Maybe it's because of underground hideout mod with its restoration chamber.
Is there any way to reset RADs value to default zero?
