And absolutely no disrespect to the vanilla players, but I want to replace as much stuff as I can (given as long as it looks good)

Are those skulls better skulls? *chuckle* Anyway, are those misc items Armed_Defender "Mesh Improvements"? Because you should definitely have that if you don't - the only thing I don't use from that is the coins. And what about Ghostnull's "Silverware Enhancer"?

The Misc replacer is Quarls and yes, it's Better Skulls.

It will clash a tiny bit, but you can just choose to not replace whichever meshes (a few of the optional dwarven ones I think) conflict.
