Due to the age of this game, what depends mostly on performance is:

1. How fast one core on your processor is. It doesn't take advantage of multi-core so, just make sure it's reasonably fast. Yours is fine.

2. Faster hard drives cut down on loading.

3. 2 GB of RAM or more is good.

4. How much Video RAM is on one card. SLI doesn't give Oblivion much IIRC. You're 560 Ti is more than sufficient.

I'd say you would be able to max out the sliders, and run Qarl's Texture Pack, Better Cities and Unique Landscapes with no problems. Just try to keep your esp list to as little as you can get it (This applies to nearly every system) for more overall performance.

Get 650W. You want at least 4GB for maxed and modded. Your rig is just overkill for Oblivion, really. It's not optimized enough to really take advantage of newer hardware. Only higher processor speeds and faster reading HDDs are going to see a noticeable difference at the high end of modified setups.

Happy gaming!
