Tips for SNIPER Class?

Post » Wed Jul 13, 2011 3:48 pm

Hey guys,

I'm thinking to create a sniper class to practice a little bit with it since I use other assault guns a lot and kind get bored. So any tips, suggestions for sniper class? Also I want to know whether the rapid fire shorten the time break between two shots of the sniper. Does weapon pro 3 works on sniper scope (quick scope) ?

The common error between beginning snipers, they think more bullets means better, tsk tsk, one rule in being a sniper,........"one bullet", if you missed that first, and your target starts fleeing, let the target go and try and get a better position. At least this is my strategy, and to be honest, it has results.

Lately, I'm so nervous when playing, because of heat (35° here), so I miss a lot, and have to lay 2 bullets on target, so that strategy "one bullet" is just theory for me xD.
DSG has enough speed to give you easy kill, and you don't need Rapid fire. Since you're a beginner at sniping, try Side Pack for more ammo.
I'm using Blind Spot, Retriever, and I'm experimenting with 3rd one so i change it almost every match; and DSG with silencer on it.

my setup is silencer, point fire enhance (so i can get the kill if 1 shot misses), majestic (for medium range just in case n melee kills), nano recharge (but thats just me)

what makes a BIG difference is visor enhance, rarely used but the key is using the visor cuz u can see literally everybody highlighted in red n get a 1 hit kill when a spotted enemy goes into cloak (and get a TON of assists when someone else usually kills them).

sniper in this game is useful sometimes, but wont actually get u a lotta kills though in my opinion, one good match i had i got 10 kills, 12 assists, n 3 deaths, but i've gone 28 n 7 with my scar loadout

There must be a knack to using the Gauss. I couldn't hit a barn door with it compared to the DSG.

Well.............did i mention i have more headshots with the gauss than any other weapon? The gauss is dead accurate, you must be perfectly still though.

I feel pity for the attachment that needs to suppress THAT projectile.

I was just joking :) If gauss had such attachment - it would be bigger than gauss itself :)
