Tried Installing FO3TP, changed my mind, now I have missing

Everything went fine until I tried to install Fallout 3 Tactics Plugin. I thought I did everything right, but then I'm greeted with missing mesh signs for many things like the minigun and what not.

I tried disabling the mod. Still have them.

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. (But leaving all of the mods and DLC intact) Didn't work.

I screwed up somewhere and now I'm paying the price, but I don't know what to do now.

Click on one of your red "WTF I'm a missing mesh!" signs and check out the first two digits of the number at the top of the screen. Find which mod in your load order from FOMM that the two digits correspond to and reinstall the resources for that mod.

I did that for the missing meshes and the first two digits were FF.

None of my mods are listed as "FF"
