First of all, and most importantly...... Do you mean real-time, or in-game Morrowind time??? (there is a huge difference)

For real-time, every time you create a new Save file (which any smart player does constantly) wouldn't the time reset to 0:00 ?
Either way, I'm sure MWSE could keep track of this, or at least a rough estimate by simply comparing the in-game calendar with the starting date in Morowind. But I don't think anyone has bothered to do it.

- And if memory serves me correct, the original Xbox save files do keep track of how much real-time you have invested. But the PC doesn't.

There's this: http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=442

Been using it for years now. You pick the item up on the way out of the Census and Excise office, and I believe you need to keep it with you, but it works very nicely.
