It seems to me that there's still a fair few people playing Crysis 2 MP on the original maps. As I purchased the Retaliation map pack and can't get a game using those maps, (hello, is there anybody there... etc) an idea came to me. Why doesn't Crytek release Retaliation & Decimation map packs dirt cheap... Let's say 200 MP for BOTH and then put the whole bundle on rotation in every lobby... Let's be honest we must all be getting pretty sick of playing the same maps over & over.
Not only would this give Crytek a way of appeasing the online and totally ignored community, it would make the game the monster it should have been in the first place. Imagine if all those players who are still playing online now had the map packs and they were on rotation in all lobbys.
Come on Crytek give your loyal fans something back and do this small thing... NOW!
Your thoughts on the above would be appreciated and then would could all gang up on Crytek and demand this small thing in return for our loyalty. Bumpty bumpty!

It's a good idea, of course, maybe a few changes, but i think it's very good.

HOWEVER...

It will probably never happen, either they are ignoring us here and doing something awesome and monstrous big for Crysis 2.
Or they are sitting back and recieving more money from ppl who bought this game because it's prices lowered by 50% (in Holland at least) and f*cking them up in the process.

They don't really seem to care, that's what my opinion is now, i sincerely hope that will change..

They have gone, I don't think that they'll read this and get back to you.

But, doing what you mentioned does sound like a good idea.
