Unreal Talent Recruiting

Post » Sun Jul 17, 2011 6:50 am

Unreal Talent is recruiting some new talent to our team for Crysis 2 and future title's such as GoW3 and Battlefield 3.

We are the #1 Crysis 2 team on the XBOX 360 Console. We were ranked #1 on Gamebattles.com before the ladder shutdown at a record of 7-0. We have played over 30 scrims as a team and have never lost as well. We are a well rounded team that know how to play every gametype at a competitive level and we know how to adjust our gameplan on the fly to combat the opposite team.

Our team only has recent history as we came together on the Crysis 2 Demo from the MLG Forums but a lot of us have become good friends and will move on to other games.

Myself - I am a former MLG Professional Gamer for the game Rainbow 6 Vegas and have made thousands of dollars playings that and other games competitively. I have been a top player on many other games as well such as GRAW (#6 Ranked Team - Death Row), GRAW 2 (#3 Ranked Team The Mi5Fi7s), F.E.A.R. 2 (#1 Ranked Team - The Final Impact), Wolfenstein (#1 Ranked Team - Type Z/EFX), Unreal Tournament 3 (#6 Ranked Team - The Final Impact), Red Faction Guerrilla (#2 Ranked Team - AmazYn), Transformers War for Cybertron (#1 Ranked Team - Type Z).

Il Havoc II - Former Halo 2/3/Reach Player. Placed Semi Pro in Halo 3. Before quitting Crysis 2 he was the best player in the game.

Xccel - Is a multi-gamer as well. Halo 3/Halo Reach semipro player. Top Player on Battlefield BC2 (#3 Ranked Team) Got 3rd in BFBC2 Tourney.

Hanndicap - Top player on Battlefield BC2 (#2 Ranked Team). Coached a Halo 3 Pro team at Nationals in Las Vegas.

Mortify - New to competitive gaming and we found him on the Crysis 2 Demo. Has progressed to become one of the top players if not the best player in the game competitively. Very Quick Learner.

lllALCATRAZlll
- Newest member of uT and we met him on the demo when he was part of a team called Nano. We played with him throughout the game and he has definitely learned a lot after joining the team.

If you are interested in being recruited, we would love to hear back from you in here. We are primarily looking for Crysis 2 players, but if you are also interested in moving on to other games in the competitive scene that is wonderful as well.

You can find all of our match videos here https://secure.gamesas.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=32088

Here is a montage of mine from Transformers WFC as well if people are interested. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUtODZDBpls

Another bump. From what I've seen and who I've played against / with you guys are insanely good. Reading the bio's of you guys it's no surprise. Hats off to you.

Such a shame it's difficult matchmaking across the sea!

This games poor netcoding results in matches overseas are never a fair fight. UT and Ceph have gone at eachother before, and Ut wins on American host, while Ceph wins on European host.

Thanks for the support all.

Bloodied.. there are sites that have online tournaments and whoever places top 3 or whatever can get a prize of monetary value, but this I had happen only a couple times.

I was a MLG Pro gamer, which meant I went to MLG (Major League Gaming) LAN Tournaments that are held all throughout the USA and placed in the Top 8. There were 6 events in 2007 when I went to the tournament and placed in a pro placing every tournament. I was sponsored by a company then to travel to these tournaments and had to stop traveling the next year because my sponsor went public the next year.

I wouldn't mind trying out. I don't really have much competitive history sadly (at least not on consoles, and amateur leagues in CS 1.6), but I enjoy playing competitively. Just haven't found the right people to do it with. Anyway, let me know what's required and if not thanks for the consideration.

When the time comes I would not mind hitting up some GoW3 with you man. I am good at Gears, but not as good as I am at Crysis 2, but I do know how to play as a team, which matters far more in Gears than personal skill does.

Yea we can play GoW3 matchmaking. I have a lot of friends that are getting that game, and my team will be practicing a lot on it as well in private matches. uT Hopefully will have others who will play the game as well. My GoW3 team of 4 is Me, Spooky tFi, Astonish tFi, and Trapstar tFi (We used to be tFi or The Final Impact on past games)
