What Is Causing My Textures To Crash? : Fallout 3

What could possibly be causing my computer to freeze during gameplay and do this. This doesn't only happen in Fallout 3 for me.

How hot is your GPU getting when in game? It looks like GPU artifacts from overheating to me.
