I'm having trouble with the quest for the Mordino family where you have to collect money from the golden globes porm place. Whenever I approach the guy he just says "These girls are mine, slaver!"

porm stars don't like Slavers, just one of the many downsides to becoming one. If you want to open up dialogue with them you will need to prove that you are more than just a slaver. It won't work for other NPCs but earning a name for yourself in New Reno will get you a better rep in the Golden Globes.

I'm only trying to talk to one guy there. The guy who owes Mordino money so I can't become a made man without getting the money but I can't collect the debt without being able to open dialogue.

Become a Prizefighter and that should probably sort it.

That tattoo on your forehead has a fairly negative affect on peoples opinions of you. You're going to find that this sort of thing is going to happen to you a lot as you get further into the game.
