I have litraly no idea what i can do to fix it, and no idea whats causing it

Already tried that Multi-Core-Fix?
This was a problem the FO3-engine had and I dont know if there's still a problem with.

You'd need to go into your Game-Directory, and oben the Fallout_default.ini with your Notepad.

Under
[General]

change
bUseThreadedAI=0
to
bUseThreadedAI=1

and add the line directly there
iNumHWThreads=2

May help, would be interesting if it does.
Good luck

Nah that doesn't do anything for this game. For FO3 it did, but FNV is programmed better for the quads.

Yeah I've had exactly the same problem since patch 1.41 ... was hoping that the new one would fix it, but no.
I guess I'll just wait for the GOTY for consoles, I'm done with New Vegas on PC.

Oh well, I actually got it to work now. Wow. On the previous patch nothing helped. Not clean saves, new games or anything.
I noticed that I had some items, weapons and such, (old save files) that only exist in mods, even though I had none of the mods activated. When I turned on the corresponding mods,
it works like a charm again. I think mods that add items can mess the game up good, even if deactivated later.
