I got 4 in charisma and about 25 in speech, should I increase it more or will it do? I can always reload right?

charisma of 4 is high enough to get perks that give a bonus in talking to women and children. high speech can be useful but isn't needed to win the game. first couple of times, would be wise to improve fighting skills.

speach is useful at certain points in the game (actuakly makes killing certain people 100% easier)

I have a character with 1 in Charisma and something like 20 in Speech. It really doesn't cause any problems.

Of course it might be worth having a high Charisma and Speech and Barter character for some of the unique dialog options and perks.

On at least one playthrough, I recommend a character with 7+ CHA and speech tagged from the start. It typically goes well with a small guns / sneak oriented character who doesn't need a lot of STR, END (or even INT). Speech + Black Widow provides a bit of amusemant in many places.

What he said /\

It's worth doing a playthrough with a high speech and charisma to see how things go differently that time

It's not worth bothering with on your first go
