Will my computer run Morrowind? : III

I'm not a long time Elder Scrolls fan (i started with Oblivion) and i don't play on PC. I was wondering if my PC woll run Morrowind. Its just a stock Dell running windows 7. Help would be greatly appreciated. The computer is an Optiplex 380. I'm not really sure if it would work at all but even minimum settings would be nice.

Yeah that looks like it. Its our old desktop but since everypne but me has a Macbook i inherited it. Its pretty bad i just use it for Microsoft Office and the internet but i would like to catch up on TES I-III. As to properties, i have no idea what that even means. I'm not real PC savvy.

EDIT: Mine is the largest one, by-the-by.

By properties, your computer's specs (type of graphics card, amount of RAM, processor, etc.) are being referenced.

Yeah i know that. What i had meant to say was that i do not know how to check these. I believe it has 2gb of "DDR3 SDRAM." Video Card: Integrated Intel? 4500 Graphics Media Accelerator. Proccesor: Intel? Pentium? Dual Core Processor E5800 (3.2GHz,2M,800Hz FSB)
