I need a quick and easy way to level up my destruction for the charecter im roleplaying

Since you must do damage to raise it, the quickest way is to create a custom spell of the min damage of 3, on self. Drain Health works well. Hold down block, and spam the cast button. But you need the Frostcrag Spire DLC for that in early game. Otherwise, you must advance far enough in the Mage's quests, to gain access to the Arcane University.

Druja, at the Skingrad Guild sells a cheap Drain health spell. You can continuously cast it on your horse, without killing it, or it turning on you.

A very good, but slightly longer term solution is to get into the Arcane University and make a training spell such as: Drain or damage fatigue 3 points on self x 1 second.

Go to Peryite's Shrine and use Novice/Apprentice level spells on the worshipers.
I read somewhere a few years ago that the unreported assaults can make your game freeze when you try to save,so be sure to go to jail after leveling your skill(needs confirmation)
