There's a huge deal on Steam for Oblivion and all of its expansions for 25 bucks. Should I get it? This seems like a silly question, but would you guys purchase it (if, hypothetically, you do not already have the game).

I love this game. One thing I have to tell myself when I play or start a new char. is to just play and not get caught up with efficiently leveling. Just thought I would help you out and I hope you enjoy your next playthrough as much as I've enjoyed all mine and I hope to see you in the skyrim forums come fall

To be honest, I don't see the point in asking this when you ask this question on a fan forum like this. It's a great game - of course - but all the people here will tell you, because all of them like the game. And if they don't, then they are at the wrong address.
