FCOM using MMM 3.73b and WarCry 1.09 - CTD on new game

Hi guys,
I've recently reinstalled Oblivion with my preferred mod setup (FCOM+Cobl+OblivionXP+LAME) and for some reason, because I'm now using Mart's Monster Mod 3.73b, I can no longer get past the Loading screen when I try to start a new file. I have tried to rebuild the Bashed Patch and BOSS my load order multiple times, but to no avail. If anyone could take a look at my load order and tell me what's wrong, and if I should just go back to MM 3.7 to fix this, that would be greatly appreciated.

Post about FCOM in the FCOM thread. Did you remember to rename your MMM and Fran BSAs to make sure they load? Have you also tried regenerating the Oblivion.ini? If you did regenerate the INI and you use DarN, did you reapply your font tweaks?

Again, post anything further in the FCOM thread. Please, include your load order posted with Bash's List Mods function. It copies the load order for you, and the list will be withing the appropriate tags and won't be double spaced...
