Im loving most of this, but I'd like confirmation. Remember, this had to be translated first from Bethesda to the writer of the article (possibly through an interpreter), then translated back.

I can believe the info about the snow and water. The demo he talked about how water was used in dungeons as markers and play as some importance. It could be just as simple that during or right after rain fall river levels rise and wash over bridges or paths.

As for the NPC data it does sound like a lot of attention has been put into NPCs so everything looks good.

One thing is certain though, if even half of this stuff is true then it's likely Beth is holding out on a lot more than this and Skyrim will undoubtedly be THE most dynamic game world ever created. Boo-yah.

Yes, if it all doesn't end up like toned down Radiant AI in Oblivion,
Skyrim might actully deserve the Awsome epitome.

I can see the religion part considering they created dedicated shrines for each of the Nord gods.

I am not gonna get my hopes up after seeing the E3 demo for Oblivion but if any of the features in the article that seem too good to be true are actually in the final game then my faith in Bethesda will be restored.
