Hey Guys,

Just to let you know that the FY71 absolutely destroys with Aim Enhance as the Power Module. I know some of you don't want to give up your Retriever lol but you have to check it out the guns is amazing.. high-damage, no recoil.

In case you don't think I'm worth listening to I currently have 3.72 KD and only play TIA so I don't boost by not playing the objective in Crash Site (although this is essential when playing with a group). My KD would be a lot higher but my brother has died so many times on my account I have to 30-0 in a game to just go from 3.72 to 3.73.

The gun is perfect. This is the setup I use;

Energy Transfer
Stealth Enhance
Aim Enhance

FY71 with extended mags and ironsights. I don't use suppressor.

I use ironsights for extra visibility (I don't have this big black frame and red dot covering a 1/3 of my screen) and due to the aim assist I cannot see any reason to use a reflex sights on any weapon except the SCAR (due to it's high muzzle flash) because it's so easy to aim on this game.. which is a good thing.

I don't use suppressor so that I can do more damage from medium to long distances. I find that I'm moving so fast throughout the map that going silenced makes little difference. Plus I love the sounds of unsilenced weapons especially the Scarab.

The reason I started using Aim Enhance with this setup is due to the FY71's high recoil. I was having to use it as a close range weapon as it was difficult to full-auto anyone from 20m+... here are three advantages of using Aim Enhance;

1) Less recoil = more hits and I mean a lot more! This obviously equates to more kills.
2) Improved Range = more kills with zero recoil at medium to long range allowing you to be more adaptive to any situation. Rather than keep having to get close you can shoot someone from almost any range with no recoil.
3) Save Ammo - As you tend to hit a lot more you will save a lot of time scrounging on the flow for weapons trying to find that 34.5623 degree sweet spot before you're allowed to pick another weapon up. You'll also be able to get more double/triple sprays. I was on Crash Site this morning and got a relentless with one clip and reloaded and killed a fifth but didn't get a Psycho

Again, I know nothing beats Retriever but if you like to use the FY71 then try this out and you will love it even more.. it's now my favourite weapon closely tied with the Scarab..

The Suit Reboot reset bug made it EXTREMELY easy to build up a superficially high kill/death ratio, as I'm sure you know (but choose to gloss over). Please refrain from unnecessarily bringing it up in conversations which do not require ego stroking - players like myself who refused to reboot till after the bug was fixed will never take such cheapness seriously.

I use the FY71 with Proximity Alarm , SE, and ME. It works out pretty good, but like you said, the recoil is very trifling. I'm going to try out AE with it, see how it goes.

Ok dude... don't get your knickers in a twist. I only mentioned my KD because it shows that I know how to play the game... I wouldn't brag about a high KD anyway.. higher KD in a lot of cases means you play more time than you should on games that you should be spending on real life s***.

I have rebooted 5 times already and I don't know this reboot reset bug..

the fy71 is good with rapid fire 3 ironsight surpresser extended mag i use it with nano recharge 3 and se 3 its good. ive gotten headtshots easy and double/triple kills from crash site at the beginning of a match lol, ill try aim enhance and see if thats better later. most of the time i die with it is cuz i move spraying while ads which i really should stop doing

i just tried the fy71 with aim enhance this morning and it is a lot better to use, i even won a match with it, that is pretty good for me.

Hm sounds good but not good enough to give up retriever I just burst fire the FY71 at longer range and it works perfectlly but I'll try out aim enchance and see if its worth it.

Try it with single shot, it drops the biches in no time! No need for aim enhance there.

I would also recommend trying it with Rapid Fire. I tried it when the gun first came out and didn't really like it that much, however I have been fooling around with it again lately and have enjoyed it immensely. I was trying to find a new weapon to use on overseas connections and I found the FY71 with Rapid Fire to be quite suitable. Rapid Fire puts the fire-rate just slightly slower than the Scar, but its so uber-powerful that it is wonderful for those overseas connections. It doesn't fix the whole range issue with recoil, but honestly I've had very little problem with that personally, and I use it more like a sub for the overseas connections, as I primarily use a sub in normal gameplay (non-overseas, Feline for example) very rarely do I find a need to shoot someone at mid-long range, 95% of my kills are probably within 10m.
