I don't think it'd be in sneak, so it'd almost have to be in the armor skills. <-What other skills involve movment ?

It would make some sense for speed to be in light/heavy armor skills as speed is based of what armor you are wearing.

It would be kind of odd still.

I hope you can make your character quicker if you want to spec them that way.

Overall, this has definitely put me off a first day purchase. Maybe once I've seen every armor type and perk, but overall it seems plagued by the obsession to make movement in games as boring as possible.
