Ever wondered if there was actual tech support for this game

Let me give some background. I recently lost all my stats for no good reason. I contact EA support and give al my info twice. This is what they claim as a proper response to the situation.

Hello,

Thank you for writing back to us.

Your issue has been escalated. Being a gamer, I can really understand your frustration that you are experiencing at the moment. I have checked but couldn't find your Gamertag in our data base. I would like to suggest you to go to the X- Box live market and download any EA game Demo and access Demo online with your soldier for some few hours, I hope this will help you to connect to the game.

If there is anything we missed, or if you have any further questions, reply to this email or visit our extensive Knowledge Base online at the following address:

Thank you,
Govind
EA Support.

Then don't give them one?

IDK. Stats can be rebuilt. If I lost all my stats today, I would look at the bright side, and try to make them even better than before.

Ok the point of this is not the stats. **** the stats for all i care, i don't need digital recognition to feel complete in my life. What this is about is the great lack of importance in customer care and satisfaction that this nimrods have for us. And im going to be fare here and say its not necessary Crytek's fault. The one to blame is EA and their money grubbing agenda to **** up the games with great potential.
