Recently arrived in novac for about the 1000th time, spoke to dusty and got the unmarked quest started, but theres no nightkin behind the rock, nowhere in the nearby area either, can anyone tell me the console command to make him appear or any way to fix this, ive tried reloading the game etc etc, any help would be appreciated cheers.

Fixed the issue with help from a friend yay ^^, if anyone else has the same problem do the following

-go to the rock in novac where said nightkin is meant to spawn
-Open console, type in "player.placeatme 000b9a38" without the " of course.
-[censored] said nightkin in face with large pointy instrument of death
-loot
-happy dance.
