Can you download fallout newvegas from the disc onto the ps3

Hey guys basically like the title says is there a way to download new vegas from the disc to the ps3? And if there is will it run any smoother?

Yea I no I think ps3 can I knew xbox could do it I just don't no how to do it on ps3
