I'd love to see the return of the Severed Nord Leg from Bloodmoon. It could be found just behind the stairs at the Thirsk mead hall. ;)

a spear sitting on a shrine in a old ruin and when you try and take it it disintegrates and you hear sheogorath laughing at you

That would make every complaint from a Morrowind fan so worth it.

Also, fan boy == really devoted fan?

We need a sword that heals people and damages oneself. It also adds to your fatigue

I would like to see the holy hand grenade of Antioch. There is only one and you have to read all the directions before using it.

Haskil's Monocle (I know he never had one, but I always felt it would suit him just right) that makes the wearer see the world in more cynical colours and turns all dialogue responses into patronising, sarcastic remarks.

The sword of a thousand truths. (yeah.. I know.. It would be amusing though)

When it strikes an enemy you heal and paralyze them and they are forced to tell you their deepest, darkest secrets.

ignorance is bliss it is a mage staff that increases your mana by 500 but you forget all your spells
Raw deal is a hood that casts charm on you and raises youre speech craft to 100 but in turn you cant speek to anyone.
un stoppable is a potion that breaks paralysis but you can only drink it once paralyzed

I prefer the game to be as serious as possible. Any joke artifact would have to be really witty and believable. Nothing derails the immersion factor more than something that seems out of place.

How about a Sweetroll gimme. Have a dungeon with enemys, you fight your way through, then on an altar with light shining down a Jumbo Sweetroll with a scroll/note with (Witty Saying Here Refering to Morrowind or Shivering Isles). What you think? :hubbahubba:

The holy grail of all sweetrolls! This sounds like a delicious idea, but that sounds like more of an easter egg than an artifact. Unless it's supposed to give you some sort of a bonus? Oghma Infinium in sweetroll form anyone?
