Lvl 45 all stats are 100

I know everyones saying this but OWB is the best add on for new vegas. Keep the good stuff coming :celebration:

Not for me, Maxing out all the skill is a no-no in my agenda, gladly I have a mod who kept my level cap at 25

how did you do that? I'm at level 41 and only have 4 or 5 at 100.

I must be missing out on skill books. :P All my skills except Melee Weapons, Unarmed, and Sneak are 100.

Yeah me too, the only skills I have that aren't 100 are explosives and barter. :tongue:

It took a few profiles to perfect just make sure take the perk Comprehension and read all the skill books. make sure you get 2 books from each of the workbench boxs in HH wich is a pain. :brokencomputer:
