Animated window

Hello! First, I have searched the forums and I know there are some threads about animated doors here, but, sadly, I am such a noob that I am having some problems which are not covered in those threads.
OK, so being an utter noob, I don't know how to make my animations in Blender so I went the good old copy/pasta way in Nifskope. I made my window mesh in Blender, then I found an animated door (DoorFullLower) and pasted my mesh then removed the door mesh, leaving only the collision. So my problems/questions are:

1.How do I resize the collision object? I really don't want my window to be the size of a door, lol. I know I can scale it later in the CS, but the width won't do. I'm hoping there is an easier way than taking each vertice and changing it's XYZ value which I have no idea where it will put that vertice...
2. After pasting/removing branches if I change the NumChildren and update (in my case from 4 to 2) the new NiTriStrips detach themselves from the animation, so only the collision box is animated :banghead: ....also, I have 2 19 NiNodes- one(value door NonAccum) under the main 0 NiNode and another one (the same, 19 NiNode, value door NonAccum) under the bhkCollisionObject.
3. The open/close sounds. Do I have to change anything here? ( in the TextKey field) or since it's already there and synchronized, I only need to change the sounds in the CS...

If you can help with any bit of info, I will be very grateful!
Also, if someone is in the mood/has the time, I can upload my mesh and maybe you can show me how to attach it to the animation of that door.

Thank you in advance!
