I still have this problem that the stupid NCR try and kill me even though I am liked by them I have the latest patch and still nothing has happened, I have also reloaded older saves and still they attack me and its not a thing that's just going to go away because I have been waiting for like a month so please if you know of some way you can help me that would be much appreciated

Are you wearing any Legion apparel? That could do it.
